Day 22: Oct. 22, 2009

Ready to take on this full day of Yoga. I first have insanity's version of it which is mixed with some cardio and then tonight I have P90x's version which is all about strength and balance. Can you say a total of 2 hours and 10 mins of stretching and balance? This is going to be crazy!!!

    Insanity Cardio Recovery

    Once again this work out proved to be more difficult than expected. It's supposed to be insanity's version of a "recovery day" but I found it just as intense and difficult. Today's workout included a lot of stretching and I am reminded of how inflexible I am. I love these workouts because I can really feel my muscle loosening up. Flexibility is so important when exercising and I can't wait until I get back the flexibility that I used to have.

    "Big Boy Salad" No dressing Salad with:
    - Handful Spring Mix
    - Handful Spinach
    - Bell Peppers
    - JalapeƱos
    - Chopped up boil egg
    - Broccoli
    - Cucumber

    - Cup of Raspberries
    - Cup of Cottage Cheese

    - 10 oz of beef brisket from Joe's BBQ. No sauce, no salt.
