Day 15 - Feeling refreshed

I woke up surprisingly feeling really good. After last nights workout and shower I thought I would definitely sleep in. To my amazement I arose right at 5am and was ready to go to work. Today is going to be interesting because I have Yoga for P90x and Cardio Recovery for Insanity. I am taking my laptop to work to do Insanity at the aerobics gym at my work and then Yoga at home when I get off. There is a lot of stretching and balance postures in both workouts so I should be feeling really good by tomorrow....let's hope :)

    - Cup of raw Oatmeal with hot water
    - Colon cleanse supplement that requires a shot of pure apple juice.

    Insanity Cardio Recovery - 40mins

    Ok so this was supposed to be a "day off" but I guess there are no such things as that with this program. It reminded me a lot of P90x's Yoga day (Which is later on BTW) except not as long but just as good. I can really feel my legs and shoulders getting stronger as I do these interval trainings. Good stuff!
