Day 14 - Feeling Good

Today is going to be a good day. I can feel my body screaming at me to get to the gym. I am excited; I have energy and am ready to attack my job and my diet/workout. Today I have so much to do and so little of time but I know if I manage my time and stay on top of everything I can and will accomplish my goals! Holla!

    P90x Shoulder & Arms
    0I completed 2 sets of each in about 45mins.

    04. Deep Swimmer's Presses
    05. Full Supination Concentration Curls
    06. Chair Dips
    07. Upright Rows
    08. Static Arm Curls
    09. Flip-grip Tricep Kickbacks
    10. Two-angle Shoulder Flys
    11. Crouching Cohen Curls
    12. Lying-down Tricp Extensions
    13. In & Out Straight-arm Shoulder Flys
    14. Congdon Curls
    15. Side Tri-rises

    10:30 min of interval sprints on the treadmill
    -1:30 of easy jog at level 5
    -1:30 of a nice run at level 7
    -1:30 of speed walking at level 3.5
    -1:30 of a nice run at level 8
    -1:30 of speed walking at level 3.5
    -1:30 of a nice sprint at level 9
    -1:30 of speed walking at level 3.5

    This workout was tough. Mainly because I forgot my iphone at home and I had to do these off of memory. Without my dawg Tony pumping up the workout I found myself questioning if my pace was too fast. None-the-less it was a great workout that had me dripping in sweat and had my heart beating like a drum! By the time I jump on the treadmill my upper body was spent and the cardio was difficult.

  7. Workout 9:45pm
    Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit

    Another 40 minutes of Hell. Because I was tired and fatigued from the day this workout was extremely difficult. I wanted to quit about half way but I pushed through. There was a couple of times that I had to stop and catch my breath and what made matters worse is I had to be as light on my feet as possible since I live in an apt complex on the 2nd floor. I didn't want to disturb my neighbors below but was determined to do my best. I think doing the workout and being as light on my feet as I could made it even more difficult. All I know is by the end of the workout I was drenched in sweat! I love it!!!
