Day 20: Oct. 20, 2009

Feeling a little tired but ready to take on a very busy day. Today's workout are going to be so tough but I'm ready for them....let's get this thing going!!!

    Insanity Pure Cardio

    What the heck people. I can't believe that I completed this whole workout with only a few breaks. Those breaks came toward the end of only a few of the workouts at about the 8-5 seconds remaining mark. This is a huge improvement as I took many breaks from the first workout. Big sucess!!

    P90X Plyometrics

    Ok so after this afternoon's workout my legs were shot and now I have to do the "beast of the beast" as Tony calls it with P90x. I can't believe I finished the workout. I am so proud of myself for facing two huge workouts and successfully completing them. Once again I could feel my strengthen increasing over the workouts as the burn was increasing but my stamina kept strong. Wheeeeeeew. I am glad this day is over!!!
